Restore a backup, anywhere!

Web interface: TKLBAM (TurnKey GNU/Linux Backup and Migration) can be fully managed from the comfort of your web browser using the Webmin module.

Log into the command line of a preferably new TurnKey installation, as user root (e.g., via the console, SSH or web shell) and follow these steps:

1. Initialize TKLBAM (required for appliances not launched using the Hub) by providing it with the Hub API Key (for example):

tklbam-init YOUR_HUB_APIKEY

2. Restore this backup:

tklbam-restore BACKUP_ID

If this backup's secret key is protected with a passphrase you will be asked to provide it.

Tip: Undo the last restore

If something goes wrong, you can easily rollback to the last pre-restore snapshot:

tklbam-restore-rollback
